Flamini is hoping to return to action before the New Year. “The knee is fine now, the swelling has gone down and I no longer feel pain after the operation,” he told Larqué Foot.
“Now I have to recover as quickly as possible. I hope to be back fully available for Milan in the first few months of 2012.
“I expect a very satisfying year, then after that I can think about France. I would be lying if I said I didn’t like the idea of wearing the Bleus shirt again.”
