The player, on the other hand, was beaming from ear to ear after scoring for his team. Questions about his halftime performance saw Balotelli declare that he was happy to have scored and assisted. He continued to state that he feels good physically.

Balotelli went on Instagram and posted a picture with a caption “It’s the start, and I may be happy but far from being satisfied, we continue working hard and I am hopeful that we will fly”. A caption that has earned him favour with pundits engaging in free bets.

AC Milan’s Serbian manager Sinisa Mihajlovic was not impressed with his team’s performance as much as the team won. Sinisa came out stating that several players need to improve their game or risk being benched.

The coach added that Balotelli is training well, and his physical tests are wonderful. However; he insists that Balotelli is three kilograms overweight and has been put on a diet and with hard work, he will regain his form.
