AC Milan attacker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is on his way back after an ankle injury and could make his comeback in the Serie A match at home against Cesena on September 24, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports.
Ibrahimovic returned to Milan on Monday evening and his recovery is going faster than initially expected. He will not feature in Wednesday's match against Udinese, but could make a substitute appearance versus Cesena at the weekend.
Meanwhile, Filippo Inzaghi could be included in the match squad to face Udinese in midweek.
