In a Press Release from the Official website Milan announces that Abate has taken an injury that prevented him to take part in the training:
"AC Milan announces that Ignazio Abate suffers from a muscle strain in adduttore muscle that prevented him from taking part in training yesterday and today.
Over the next few days his condition will be reevaluated by further medical examinations."
He may well miss the match against Juventus,and therefore he has joined the likes of Robinho,Flamini,Pato,Gattuso in the list of injuries.
