Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a major doubt for Milan’s opening Serie A game of the season at Cagliari later this month.
The Swede twisted his ankle in Sunday’s 2-2 friendly with Malmo and is expected to be sidelined for two weeks as a result.
The Italian champions open their campaign away to Cagliari on Saturday 27 August.
