According to Corriere dello Sport Milan CEO Adriano Galliani is planning to use the last two weeks of the transfer window to land the 21 year old striker.
However it seems there are two obstacles for now:
1.City wants to sell the player with an high price,which Milan is not going to offer, and
2.Inter could have their word in the process,because they have first rights to buy Balotelli back from City.
His agent Mino Raiola has a bulk of associations at San Siro as he looks after the interests of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Balotelli's former Inter team-mate.
